Looks like Nordberg is continuing his hot streak and is the early chip leader on Day 1 of the WPT Bay 101...

As luck would have it, I'm going to be in the bay area on March 10, the date of the final table of the WPT Bay 101. I've never been to one of these before. I understand that demand for seating greatly exceeds supply. So....

I know that it's scheduled to start at 5pm. What time would I actually need to be in line to have a good chance at getting in? (I've heard before noon.) Are there line passes? Problems with people letting 10 friends in line ahead of you at the last minute? Anything else I should know? I dread the possibility of waiting for hours and then not getting in.

And how long should I expect it to last--5-6 hours, maybe?

Not sure if this was covered before. 3 handed with blinds of 30/60K and Danny Nguyen just limps (240K total) utg with KK and Gus puts him all in from the BB with K,3. The guy had been bluffing all-in on every other hand. I'm not much of a NL player but I thought this was an obvious trap. Got Danny right back in the game. Gus looked pretty disgusted with himself after the hand.
