what is the rule with burn cards. I went all in after the flop and was called. the dealer burned a card and then turned a card, and then turned the next with no burn. I called attention to it and the dealer said he burned, but he didn't. it was proven by all the cards on the table were folded cards and counted for and there were only 2 burn cards. the river card gave the other person (not the dealer) a staight to beat my 2 pair and i was told the card stands because action had already happened even thought the action happended at the flop and not at the river. Is this correct
